Beat the Heat
is a joint initiative by the City of Columbia and Columbia Green to plant 1,750 new shade trees on private property over the next five years at no cost to property owners. On January 18th, we'll be hosting an educational event with free food to distribute tree vouchers to receive a tree. Join us by filling out this form! Funding for this project provided by the Inflation Reduction Act and the USDA Forest Service, Urban and Community Forestry Program in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation.
